"Jay's Got it Down" or how I didn't win $100.00! ;(
Well, I didn't win. Sad to say. But I did include it here so that it has higher visibility than where I had it posted. Which was part of the contests goals... to get some link exchanging going on...
$100.00 Give Away !! Just win the Review Contest !!
When it comes to telling you about what's what on the Internet,
Jay's got it Down!
But What's up with his about page? It's the most laborious read I've ever experienced. Jay let's his reader know that "This site, then, is dedicated to the idea that making money online doesn’t have to be expensive"
Expensive? C'mon Jay. Internet Marketing is all about learning to earn. Using all the Free or low-Cost resources available! I met Jay over at APSense and I haven't exchanged more than a few cryptic messages with him since then and all were regarding link exchanging (which I offerred to do and that would have cost him much less than the $100.00 he's offering to get some free exposure for his Blog review site !!

$100.00 Give away Online Opportunity is a blog about how to make money online. Right now Jay’s holding a contest for the best review. To enter to win $100 see the rules here. But when it comes to writing about such things as Directory Maximizer, which is on of his most recent posts you can see why he says "I’ll spend the money and take the risk, so you don’t have to." Not being a big time blogger myself, I just learned (from Jay) that I need to get backlinks to boost my ratings! Really! Yes, for those of us in the network marketing communities... we call that helping a friend! or link exchange! or we just add a link to our page or blog if it's something of help to our prospective affiliate, enrollee or reader. But submitting your blog to directories like http://dmoz.org/ will be something I do in the near future. I'll have to double check Jay's article on submitting your blogs for increased ranking.

Editorial considerations when posting in forums....and having been a Jerry Seinfeld tv show viewer (even the reruns run again and again ....)
I've watched that Seinfeld show a few times...you might even say I'm a fan of the show with Cosmos Kramer and the rest of the characters along with their antics... including an Episode or two about the Soup Nazi.... Having said that it brings to mind some editorial considerations when posting in forums....
this (possible) essay is a work in progress....
It has been pointed out to me by an online community friend I hold in high esteem (because of their art and graciousness...) that I have offended members of the APSense community. I have used a phrase in a manner that was not intended to be a personal insult about any individual but yes, quite derogatory about the anti-spam measures instituted in late July 2006 at APSense.
The sentence that is less than appreciated: "The Spam nazi's are out in full force... WATCH out :: Beware :: You are being rated!!" ...and for some absurd reason I have been unable to grasp the nature of this inconsideration ...on my part. I must be dense. But then I am an American with less sophistication and international finesse than some... There is an absurdity to using such a word in regards to the difficulty regarding spam. I chose it because it highlights what is really a simple matter for the members monitoring their own Groups and the administrators monitoring the Groups they monitor ...without suggesting that anyone is not understanding what the problems are due to English being a second language ~ or ~ suggesting in a condescending way that maybe you aren't running the ApsenseExpress or you would know what's going on type of comment. Both of which were comments written to APSense members regarding this fiasco as to why we weren't being diligent enough in policing the spam in Groups and deleting it...
From what I can understand... there are those who aren't familiar with American Sitcom Humor...
here is who Jerry Seinfeld is and what his sitcom is about... from what I can recall Jerry Seinfeld, the comedian, who has the episode about the Soup Nazi? Seinfeld is a Jew. The Soup Nazi is an eastern european guy (character) who makes the best soup in New York City from olde country family recipes. Only, you have to stand in line a certain way, step forward only when it's your turn, present your money only after a specific lapse of time...and never, never ask for extra bread or special orders... or you will be banned from the Soup Nazi's restaurant! It sets up for some very funny scenes...that is the reference I was using.
An absurd remark meant to have some bite but to be mostly ... humorous in that absurd way that some may have an appreciation for and after some consideration... I can now see why others don't appreciate it at all...But... I'm still struck with the dilemma of whether or not I should edit my writing.
I was actually asked to change the wording for several reasons.
1) That it's an insult and that I'm being seen as someone who is name-calling and that this is not good for the community.
2) That there is an overwhelming consensus world wide that it is an extremely insulting phrase to those it's directed towards
---So, that's what I have been pondering. The humor of Soup Nazi to the insult of Spam Nazi...
In the past 2-3 days, I've exchanged more messages with my very patient friend than I know... upwards of half a dozen and then the replies... so... in case anyone is still reading and wondering why I'm writing this... it is a BLOG ... it's of concern to me because I've upset a virtual friend. Although they would say it's not that... that I come across insulting and name calling and unprofessional... I've never blogged like this before... this is great!
"And you don't have to be a New Yorker to love Seinfeld, as the show's popularity proves - there's probably a Soup Nazi in Kansas and a Vandalay Industries in Alaska. " http://www.tbs.com/stories/story/0,,266,00.html
Let me digress.I'll have to digress more tomorrow....(smile)
Have a great TODAY!

Network Marketing :: The Time of Your Life !!

This is the beginnings of my first article about network marketing! Please allow time for me to learn how to use blogger since it is all new to me.
Usually I have those two characters juxtaposed as in opposite than where they are now! Simply visualize the woman on the left and the man on the right !! That's what's so fun about learning how to navigate new websites, affiliate programs, blogging, or any other computer related function. When you are merely computer literate it's lots of fun! (smile)
